 24 oz Cannellini beans (2 cans)
 24 oz Diced tomatos (2 cans)
 1 cup Sun dried tomatoes - diced
 1 tbsp tahini
 1 tbsp chili powder
 3 tbsp minced garlic
 4 cups broccoli
 2 cups quinoa

makes 4

Roast broccoli on parchment paper or silicon sheet. 350 degrees for 15min or until desired firmness

2 cups of quinoa

Stew - sautee onion and garlic in frying pan. then add sun dried tomatoes, diced tomatoes.

add cannelli beans

add tahini

lower heat and simmer together until broccoli and quinoa are ready
